Pepperworld production and warehouse facilities of 161 ha, located in Souss-Massa realize the whole process of supervision and quality traceability on the production processing, establishing and perfecting Management System, through achieved certificates of BRS, IFS, SMETA, GRAPS, GLOBAL G.A.P, we constantly improve product quality and technology content.

Since the establishment of the company in 2019 in Morocco, we pay great attention to producing the best quality foodstuffs to suit international standards. We manufacture our products on 100% fresh materials and are packed in the latest conservation methods on the quality of the product until it reaches the consumers.

Over 20 years of experience in production of peppers

Pepperworld has expanded over the years into a company with a production factory that now employs between 1200 and 1500 workers. It is due to our qualified staff, whose fundamental role and meticulous work contribute significantly to the smooth functioning and exceptional quality of our productions.

To get our plants as tall as they are (10 feet or more), we continually prune them by removing the leaves. The bell pepper plant does not naturally grow upwards: our workers have to wrap a support rope around the stem to make it climb.

In the greenhouse area, we are sometimes accused of using many chemicals, but we have actually reduced that use a lot over the last few years. We use releases boxes that have a breeding system of a « good » insect that will eat the eggs of a « bad » insect.

The methods we use, guarantee total disinfection and elimination of crop protection agent residues. We meet the emission standards and the increased quality requirements of our customers. Our daily work focuses on obtaining the best seed varieties in terms of quality and productivity for intensive agriculture in Souss-Massa.

By using the most modern sub-irrigation systems and water purification techniques, we guarantee clean water and a healthy crop. Professional cultivation specialists ensure healthy plants, while minimizing the use of chemical plant protection products.

We are constantly innovating in terms of production equipment, hygiene measures and quality standards.

We pay continuous attention to our production facilities, water disinfection systems, internal transport and seeding and selection techniques, in order to achieve the highest possible quality.
Innovation in the use and disinfection of water, logistical processes and the use of heat and CO2 are the focus of Pepperworld’s production methods. In our modern greenhouses, we produce peppers and other fruits and vegetables of the highest possible quality.

 

Pepperworld is committed to a constant pursuit of quality. Our fruits and vegetables are certified to IFS standards for responsible agricultural practices at the primary production level, covering pre-harvest activities such as soil management and crop protection product application, through to basic post-harvest handling.
